it puts life in perspective when, after devoting 4 odd years of my life to that organization - the meetings, the workshops, conferences, everything - two people notice my absense at SWUUSI.

YA or Youth Camp.

i thought we were friends? I thought we were a community?

I noticed that you weren't there! I was actually disapointed that you weren't because I wanted to chat it up. in fact, where the hell WERE you? :) Are you comming to YA next year? I'm running things again for the 4th year in a row :)

I look forward to hearing from you :P

just because people didnt call you to find out why you didnt come to swuusi doesnt mean they dont care about you. You should have just gone and it wouldn't be an issue. I think if you look at it from your perspective that you put so much into 4 years, and no one cares you were gone is pretty stupid considering it was your choice to not come. People will like you regardless of you being there or not, but i dont think it is everyone's duty to find out why you made the choice to not come.

i dont think its their duty at all. it wasnt really so much of a choice as it was a scheduling conflict. however, asuming you are aquainted with the situation, it wasnt like i receved a warm fairwell either. i wasnt really sure just how much...drama...i could handle for a week.
