I've decided the only really friendly people in Manhattan are the customer service workers and the people who don't actually live there. still, we had a good time; debboamerik had never been before, and since the snow stranded us in the city for the night, we wandered around midtown to see some of it. we didn't see a show, cuz by the time we found the ticket

it was more of an evil twin moment; you wouldn't have laughed the right way. also, it was 11:30 at night; spiffnolee wouldn't have found it at all amusing at that hour. :-P
