i've been drinking a bit and listening to the arcade fire and reading my old posts from the past year.

it is oddly and spectacularly grounding.
basically....i have the same problems at the same times basically every year

a) yes, i am doing almost the exact same thing right now.

also b) i've noticed that i, too, go in cycles with certain problems. in fact, in november, i wrote down the various problems i had had during novembers going back to...2002? 2001? it was interesting/depressing.
