So who do I see about getting a mastectomy/hysterectomy?

I can't even tell you how much and for how long I've wanted these useless parts removed. I NEED these surgeries both for psychological issues as well as crippling physical pain, but no doctor will agree to it, assuming I could afford it in the first place, since insurance won't cover it. :C

I was thinking more along the lines of singapore or India.I think I would rather go to singapore. it sounds a bit more..sanitary.
