In the middle of a very impromptu meeting called by my boss, as I was taking my glasses off, a screw popped off of my glasses, and the right lens popped out. I can't find the screw, so I can't wear the glasses, since the screw held the lens in, and both lenses are magnifiers. most of the local CVS' sell little eyeglass repair kits for like $1.99.

Ooo, thank you, by the way. I went to CVS and now my glasses are fixed! I also got a replacement wipey-cloth.

Of course, I also realized that because I wear such a dopey light prescription (i.e. the "do you really need glasses, or is your monitor just crappy" prescription), I could have just bought a pair from CVS for $20 instead of paying $150 for ridiculous custom-ground lenses. But hey, at least I have anti-glare coating, right?
