Oh, but it comes in handy sometimes. Like so:
"Hey, can you do some work on that bastard project everyone avoids like the black plague?"
"I'd love to, but I'm already tasked for a NOOP."

"Tasked" is to speech what .ppt is to file extensions: A warning that moments of your life are being stolen by the content-free verbage directed at you. (Unfortunately, there are no real-world equivalents to procmail to prevent people who use "tasked" from ever being heard by you...)
