As of now I have my navel pierced, labret, left conch, right helix, right industrial, left daith, and I just got rid of my tongue ring.

Ever thought of eyebrow? It might be a nice new addition to your...growing collection of piercings. They heal pretty quickly, although they're harder to maintain since they tend to close up within two days if you don't replace the jewelry.

If you're planning to peirce anything below your neck I would recommend the use of painkillers.
