Also, shame on me for not reading Discworld or any Terry Prachett. I recall many years ago trying to read a Discworld book and not understanding it or seeing any humor at all. I should probably try again since I couldn't have been older than 14 at the time.

The Diskworld series is classic, and I'm another that hasn't read it. I feel terrible now learning that Terry has Alzheimers, too. Now I really want to read his work - and no library borrows, because I actually want him to get financial credit for my literary addiction.
You read like I do girl...way too much and way too often, but it's a good thing. I have a Kindle now, and that sucker goes with me everywhere. It's a lovely little device and was ideal when I was nursing...however there's something about the printed page that I really miss and I love to inhale the pages of old books...that is heaven's scent.
