Honestly, I slightly disagree with the assessment of Katara--she is bitchy and PMS-Y at times--which is fine, because it does make her more realistic--I think she needs that touch of realism, since her bending progression's ridiculous pace is only outmatched by Aang's. XD

Bitchy and PMSy tend to be misogynist slurs that get thrown around. She's irritable, sure, but I don't think she gets illegitimately mad any more often than any regular human being.
