Wow. That was amazing. A very real look on those outside of the employee bubble but just as likely to be affected by the things merely by knowing the awful truth of it all.

Oh that last bit is heartbreaking. Poor Rhys.

I really like the whole Exit Wounds and aftermath take from Rhys' POV. I like how you've worked in Andy and how broken he becomes with the truth. Amazing with how much Rhys just understands and holds inside himself. How TW has taken over his life and marriage and he has to deal with that.

You are incredible. I believed every single word of this, utterly and completely. Devastating and gorgeous. I'm not sure why, exactly, but I think this bit in particular:

Rhys doesn’t ask if this is Andy’s first time with a man and he doesn’t ask exactly why this is happening because it is often easier not to have absolute clarity and anyway it’s evident enough.

is a thing of beauty. So, so perfect.
