Oooh.. So good! I can picture Jack trying death just to see what would happen, I love your Jack here because he's not the perky outside we see but this inside that's hidden from everyone else but Ianto it seems.

There are an unbelievable number of sides to Jack Harkness, all of which are smothered with razor blades and none of which make any sense without the others

Oh that's just.. just wow!

And I can't get the image of Jack noshing down on his desk supplies out of my head XD

I think that Jack was perky in Doctor Who and stuff, but a lot of things have happened since then, and so he has to keep pretending to be the same person, but he really isn't. If that makes any sense at all...

(that was slightly because my lj name is paperclipbitch. Glad it gives you a nice mental image though!)

A wonderful glimpse into Jack's psyche and life at Torchwood. You have some great lines here - I particularly liked: "Tell your colleagues that you're immortal and they'll only want to abuse it."

And: "Jack's hair is still faintly smoking as Ianto brings him a late night coffee."

And: "It’s almost beautiful, in a voyeuristic and sadistic kind of way (and Jack is nothing if not voyeuristic and sadistic)."

Then the best word of all: timelordforsaken. Describing Jack perfectly.
