This is brilliant so far and I'm eager to read the next part. A great take on Cinna, and I love your Portia as well--I love how you don't give her short shrift.

Minor nitpick: it's not Seneca Crane's voice that booms into the arena to tell Katniss and Peeta to stop before they eat the berries. It's Claudius Templesmith's.
