I loved the fic here and Amy getting to see the other Doctors and all the backstory on the psychiatrists. Beautifully done.

You are amazing, you really are. I loved this to pieces. It feels so right even with just one episode.

I especially loved the Doctor's insistence that he wanted a puppet of himself.

Ah perfect!

And I love so much that you've referenced Jack! Ornamental lamppost! (He so would.)

“I’ve never had puppets made of me before,” the Doctor remarks thoughtfully. “There’s a planet in the Rygas system who’ve made action figures of me but they’re a bit of a weird lot, their atmosphere has all sorts of strange chemicals in it.”

Just great! *telling everyone I know to read it*

Here via 51stcenturyfox's rec.

Boy am I happy to read this! Lovely use of the different music and putting in of the canon, Martha, Pompeii, Jack... all that.

And it's quite amazing to read this line:
“I’m not a god,” the Doctor tells her on the walk back to the Tardis when they’ve fixed things as best they can, but they can’t save the people who are already gone. “I tried that once, a while back, and... and it was dangerous and it was wrong and I can’t make everything work out. I really can’t.”
Because I wrote stuff about him being fallible and me kind of resenting him for it. I can forgive him. Which is awesome, thanks for that!

This was absolutely lovely and I am all swelled up with smiles and love. I was already head-over-heels for Amy Pond and now you've gone and made it so much worse (better?). This is seriously just beautifully done and paced and feels so complete and whole--full of laughter and aches and hope. Will re-read many times. <3
