I really love this fic. Well, I'm a Suzie fan, it helps. I love friendship fics, or fics in general, about her and te other Torchwood members, and you managed to do it but explain the part in "They keep killing Suzie" when they say she wasn't close to anyone.
But it's not only that, I love the characterization of everyone, and it even makes sense...

Fantastic! Your Suzie voice is brilliant; we never heard much from her, yet she would be exactly how you wrote her; sarcastic, cynical, still trying hard to be compassionate.

That was really good! Great story, and lots of bits that made me giggle, but particularly:

Amongst the various spam messages that have managed to get through even Tosh’s super-filter (mostly for penis enlargements; and Jack really doesn’t need the encouragement)

Wow, this actually makes so much sense it's scarry.
Everybody knew about it and went behind Jack's back! I bet that added an extra sting to the whole betrayal massacre for Owen and Tosh.
And the characterisation of Suzie, how everything she does comes down to selfish reasons yet in the end she was kind of in love with Jack but never wanted to be so she helped hire someone to take that little bit of humanity away from her...
