Try a hot/warm bath when the chills start?

I did that last night and today when the chills set in, and let me tell you, a hot bath is a god send for this situation! I was even to work a hot bath in this afternoon, once lunch was finished and I got the three youngest munchkins ( 2.5yrs, 18mths, 9mths) down for a nap & my 4yr old otherwise occupied. Considering I have that age range to look after all day, every day, I'm thankful that I was able to get that bath in, even if it was only ten minutes. lol

It's pretty brutal. Thankfully, I'm feeling a lot better today. Now it's just the same crushing rib pain that I'm used to day in and day out. *hugs*
