The photos are all from Doctor Who's Tragical History Tour (1-6, 16, 19 and 29 are all photos). I'm not sure if I can get my hands on all the screencaps but I'll see what I can do.

edit: Surprisingly I was able to find them all. I took them all but I don't need credit if you use them.
