I got it from a crapload of badly dubbed HK movies I was watching at the time. I blame Colin Geddes.

That's awesome! I'm so adopting it. It's perfect for several work situations I can think of.
Mine was: "If he doesn't like it, he can chew rocks."
I don't think mine made it to Joss Whedon or X-Files though. :)

A "shrubbery", for a memorably bad comedy act, named for some idiot called Alan Shrub who Ann and I saw at Birmingham Town Hall in the 1980s. I really should write that night up for a fanzine sometime.
