"PapaJoeMambo's House of Mellodious Ebouliance" Dept.:
David J (ex of Bauhaus) and Alan Moore (writer of many a graphic novel, my favourites being THE LEAGUE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENTLEMEN and FROM HELL) provide dire warnings.
David J actually recorded three or four tracks for the original magazine publication of V FOR VENDETTA in the B&W British comic book weekly that it first appeared in. You can get them on a rarities CD, one of which is "THIS VICIOUS CABARET" which is ostensibly performed by V as "post-intermission" catch up tune. Just David J singing Allan Moore and summing up the first half of V FOR VENDETTA, in character planging away at a honkytonk piano, as V. The sheet music for the same is in the V graphic novel.
They've been friends for years, those two. David J still contributes to Moore's performance art / magical invocation pieces, and you can get those on CD as well.

It gets better when you listen to it.
