I am engaged in some research about elfin and fairy lore from countries around the world. I would welcome any information in this regard.

I wanted to share the latest mineral painitng with you all. The work is in watercolor and colored pencil. This one is a specimen of Wulfenite. Painted from the microscope at 30X. the painting is not yet finished, much colored pencil work yet to do.

I live in the small little town of Snellville, Georgia. The powers that be have decided to pass legislation making it illegal to fly model aircraft OF ANY KIND within the city limits of Snellville.  It is Interesting that one of the best avenues to interest young people in math and science is model aircraft. The Craft Fair that was scheduled for June 6th has been postponed to a later date (to be announced). Apparently the economic times have had a devestating impact on craft and art vendors; that coupled with the late advertising for the fair. Well I know I live in the buckle of the bible belt, but I did not expect the narrow-mindeness of my own community of Snellville, Georgia.
