Just withdrew from Syracuse yesterday. Feeling oddly... weightless... being a non-student with no "summer will end soon" obligation... for the first time since I was 5. It brings up that I've always seen education as a burden. But also it is a huge identity to lose

I'm happy you realized that Syracuse sucks. And not in the good way.

Syracuse, as a city, sucks. The university is great. The LGBT Resource Center is wonderful. But I should not have been in Social Work.

i'm glad you did something for you, and not let this university push you into a decision you didn't agree with. it takes way too much energy to go on anything other than their pre-set track, i know from experience :-p
