Mustang is Hughes's best friend, pure and simple. He feels like he can trust Roy with anything, but isn't above poking fun at his long time friend every now and then.
Having served with Roy in the field during the Ishbal Rebellion, Hughes respects Mustang's prowess in the field and the heart he saw underneath, the only problem is that Mustang wears a mask over it half the time so it doesn't come out much, but it's still there from what he sees when Roy and Riza are together. Speaking of which, Hughes will always be the biggest advocate of Roy hooking up with Riza in the end, save the case of the post-Movie!Ed and Riza, he can't really see it any other way.
Hughes will support Roy to his dying breath to help ensure that Mustang's dream of Fuhrer comes true. He's not interested in what Roy tells his subordinates (come on, he's married) but is instead hoping to see what Mustang intends to do with it, namely trying to weed out the corruption in the military so that another Ishbal won't happen.

Ah Fuu-Fuu, Fuu, Fuu. Having inteacted with her only a few times, there's not really all that much he knows about her. Having worked with her in Silent Hill rescuing Marian, however, she's definately earned his respect for what she can do.
Hughes likes to consider her a friend and, again from having worked with her before, believes he can trust her if the need arises. He also happens to admire Fuu's grace under pressure, as that's something he still needs to work on somewhat.
I'm starting to run out of interesting ways to say OOCpapa_to_asobouMay 7 2006, 00:45:41 UTC
Bradley, hmmm. Hughes knows what Bradley really is from both Mustang and Greed, so he doesn't trust him at all, privately anyway. Publically, however, Hughes tries to maintain some semblance of ignorance to the matter in order to try and gleen any information he can for Roy and the others. He can only hope that Wrath doesn't pick up on this, dying doesn't sound to good right now.
Hughes still respects Bradley, however. Come on, any guy who can kick your ass ten places to nowhere demands your respect. He also has to give Bradley credit for good taste in tea, he's rather come to enjoy Ceylon after Wrath introduced it to him. Now if only the Fuhrer wasn't working to make the continent a transmutation circle...
