I say goodbye to NCIS (unless we can work something out)

So I sucked it up and changed my Web Mastering credit for the AP 2D Design class. I have a feeling I'm going to hate myself later for this, but what the hell- I should at least give it a shot, considering my lack of AP classes.

On a completely different matter- I pretty much gave up on NCIS. I'll always love what I loved, and I'm never going to ( Read more... )

I'm enjoying this season. Probably mostly because I'm not super involved in it, but also because I watched the whole series in one go and haven't seen the drop that say, CSI or X-Files had about this time. It may become more apparent as more seasons go by, but. *shrug* Season 4 was my favourite and the best in terms of character development and such, I thought, especially for Tony ( ... )

It's one of my "fun" show too, but I'm just... not having fun with it anymore. Its not ridiculous or crazy enough to be entertainng (for me at least) and I don't really find it interesting, which is the main issue. In no way is it mindblowingly bad, I'm just bored with it :( I'll probably come crawling back by next season, of course..

I generally avoid actor crap as well (for the same reasons), but I love me some Mark Harmon and thought NCIS was pretty safe. At least, back in the day. Fail on my part.

Unfortunately, I'm one of those people who have trouble watching TV when I know such and such hates their opposite's guts :( I agree with you on MW. It seems like most of the fandom is at his feet and I'm just standing there alone and thinking, "...but he's kind of a jerk, guys." I just enjoyed him for the eye candy, tbh.

Haha, from your description, it seems like your TV preferences are an exact match with mine.

I admit I'm rather behind on the current NCIS season, and it's really unfortunate to hear that the show is going the way of bad character dramas. (And I had no idea about the MW stuff until now, either. That must be...really awkward.)

But yeah, it's just too bad. I wish the show could have just stayed as fun and entertaining as it used to be.

Yay for low TV standards! Its TV, they have like a week to write the stuff, I don't expect art. Half the stuff that's really good either gets canceled or runs out of plot. Its just a hard media, I guess. Anyway, sometimes I like mindless entertainment :P

Yeah, it is too bad :( Maybe it will get better? I'm usually a mile off when it comes to finale predictions.
