I made strawberry jam this weekend! Everything seems to have turned out okay, but your directions are much better than what I was looking at.

Thanks! I didn't grow up doing this stuff, and had to teach myself as an adult. So I just wrote down the instructions in a way that makes sense to me. I'm glad you liked it!
