She punches him.
It doesn’t feel anything like when Buffy does it. He doesn’t get knots in his stomach and those disgusting, happy feelings that have a habit of clogging his dead arteries when she’s around. It just feels like an angry punch, and he quickly changes to game face.
Spike doesn’t even remember what he did to piss her off this time, but he can taste his blood spilling over his lips and past his teeth. It doesn’t taste very good since it’s his own, but it makes him hungry.
“What’s wrong, Spikey? Don’t got any fight left in ya?” Faith’s smirking, her fists held up near her face, and he growls.
In a split second, her brown hair is caught in his fist, the tendrils lacing through his fingers. He can smell her heart pounding, blood flowing through the veins at her neck. If he wasn’t sporting that stupid chip, his fangs would’ve already been in her jugular.
Instead, he wrenches her head back, growling louder when he sees the smirk still in place. There’s blood trickling down her chin from her lower lip and before he knows it, his tongue is lapping it up.
If he were anyone else, he probably would’ve been surprised by the groan that comes from her, but he always knew Faith liked the bad boys.
Even if they were a little bit neutered.
