I really like the new Soom monthly, except...I don't really like the body. If he was a Super gem I may have already ordered him by now, but I really don't want another massive guy, not when I've got Darcy.....He's enough to handle. Someone asked if his head would go on a Super Gem body and Soom said no. His neck is 14cm. Super Gem boy necks are about 10.5cm. I guess the neck hole in the head could be modded smaller with epoxy.
Loads of people on his page have said they love him but hate his body. I'm hoping Soom will add an option for a Super Gem version. Not going to happen, I know.

o_O Why wouldn't you buy another tan doll from Iple? Is it bad resin?

As for the Soom guy.... I love him in normal. I'd love to get my hands on their new guy if he wasn't taller than a hound. And those wings are LOVE!! Especially how they attach. But yah, they've gotten far to uppity with the way they're doing things. I guess I can see the point, but it still turns me off from them now. Geesh! It's not as though they're a small company that needs a safety net.

The Iplehouse special edition tan is part french resing and it will eventually go green. They now have a 'UV protect' thing in the mix but it's not really much better. Still turns green after exposure to light. Since I got Darcy he's lived under blackout lining.

Soom guy...I'd love you to get him too XD A big pair of boots would keep a Hound taller or have him standing on something in photos. He would look awesome in you crew.
