I am officially lost. My dad just sent me a friends request on myspace..... I don't really use my myspace, but the fact that he went on and found me kind of scares me. I'm sorry things are so difficult with this situation right now. I don't know exactly what's it's like to be in the situation you are in, but I do have one of those "in your life out of your life" dads. And it's no fun. It really fucks with your head.

My advice, ignore his attempts and cut him out of your life. Sounds like he's done enough damage. Or rather, learn to forgive him..tell him you do, but firmly state that this forgiveness is closure and you no longer want him in yours or your sister's life and if he loved you at all, he'd just respect that.

Thanks. I don't know what I'm going to do yet. I was hoping that just going to bed would help me to make a decision, but it isn't really working... lol
