I know. I'm devastated. They broke my heart the moment I learnt what the endgame for Kate and Sawyer was. Or, basically, what the endgame wasn't! Still it really doesn't mean anything. They had the scenes, the lines, the meaning, they simply owned every single moment when they were together. The fact the writers didn't see them that way as SKaters

I TOTALLY agree!
I didn't completely hate the jack/kate and Sawyer/Juliet ending, because it was pretty sweet.
BUT, I hated the way, when Sawyer had his flashback thingy there wasn't one flash of him and Kate. They tried to make Sawyer/Juliet all epic when it wasn't really. I mean, the whole reason he asked Juliet to stay was because he didn't want to be alone and he missed Kate! How would he not have flashes of Kate, when he was clearly in love with her for most of the 6 seasons?! >:(

Exactly! When Kate back on the island it was obvious that Sawyer was still in love with her and she still felt something for him.

I thought Jate were cute in the beginning of S1 but as soon as I saw the chemistry between SKate, I was totally sold. Yes they deserved so much more, they should have at least been acknowledged. What was up with the bare minimal scenes together thing? It was like they were just trying to shove Jate in everyones faces. I expected them to be together in the last episode but still..

That's something about that epic pairings that even though they belong together (as an irony to the world or whatever) and they're each other's halves of the same apple somehow; they rarely are written to end up together. Yeah, sad truth. Still, I'm devastated 'cause they ruined my unpatient waiting for all these years. And I'm SKate for ever. :D

Yes. Yes Yes freaking yes. These people are so inconsistent and such idots. I mean, a month ago I would've sworn that the ending would be SKate. I mean, let alon all the previous seasons (season3, hint hint) and there was still a damn strong basis for SKate. Much stronger than Suliet. Meh. It even soudns stupid.
And right from the minute Kate returned to the damn island, Sawyer was just back into full whipped mode, even if not so clearly as before (after all, he was in a relationship) and yes, maybe he did have some sort of feelings for the blondie, but he was in love with Kate since, like, forever!!
And Jack can't possibly ever get Kate. Jate is all, all wrong. Kate is broken and Jack always needs something to fix, I get it, but Kate doesn't need fixing. She can accept herself the way she is, and so can Sawyer.
And, in case I didn't mention it, love love love this post.

MTE. Sawyer fully in the whipped mode, Kate making eyes on him, both falling for each other and so on, list can go really long. And even if the writers have suddenly changed their minds, for some weird, really stupid reason, why the hell and WHAT FOR I dare to ask, was that scene with Sawyer finding the cages and smelling the skirt that Kate wore in the 3rd season when they both were helf hostage? That was not just a memory, that was simply very very emotional of him and the look on his face wasn't flat at all.
Jeez, when I think about how they mucked SKate up, my veins burn.

I know. Why did they do that to SKate? I mean, SKate was-is-epic. But, to tell the truth, I sort of had a feeling that this would happen. Jack-ass is the golden boy of the show, so he'll get the girl. Grrrr.
And why oh why did Sawyer have no memories of Kate in his dinky, dopey flashback? They were togehter, bot romantically and not, for much longer than Suliet(which, by the way, sounds like a pot brand.)

Jack was definitely the golden boy of the show. From the very beginning, I mean -they even started the show with his scene. I recall the excitement of my so SKate friend while seasons 4-5 were airing because it seemed like they eased up a bit on Jack and Jate in general. That was sweet to watch. :D And now they screwed it up and it won't be even possible to re-pay us for what they did. Grrrrrrr x5!
Hahahah Suliet sounds cheesy. Either way we win. SKate was-is-epic, they had the scenes, the lines, the chemistry, the hotness. They're win for me.
