I think I'm doing better with my cropping. Sometimes with the candids, there's not much of a choice unless you want unwanted crap in the icon. So some of them are too centered, but I'm learning! I just need to be more creative with colors. I like your work and janie_tangerine's stuff. Her use of color is really cool...
