I already said it on tumblr, but there's a limited edition for every volume. You have to order them through Animate to get them. That's where all the special cards (except for the ones signed during events) and book covers come from. Not all limited edition ones have a different cover and things like that. But most have a card and a bookcover, and sometimes an omake pamphlet like this case. There are still about 8 or so limited edition things from the past that no one has scanned still.
E: people do often sell the omake pamphlets and things by themselves on yahoo!auctions and sometimes ebay though too. :la
Ah yeah I just wondered if someone might of had it here ^^ I don't think they ship internationally so I would only be able to get from auctions :/ I'll try though Ohh do you know which ones are missing? I've seen people sell them on Ebay and other auctions.
