Summary: Kyuhyun and Ryeowook were a happy and lovely couple until Ryeowook fell into a coma. He wakes up and doesn't remember a thing about Super Junior. Yesung has been known to have a crush on Ryeowook. He's overjoyed, yet broken inside to know Ryeowook has no more memories of them. He takes this time to go on ahead and convince Ryeowook that they were lovers. Problems arise in Super Junior thanks to Yesung's doings. Kyuhyun can only do so little to help Ryeowook try and remember, but he knows it's almost impossible. Ryeowook knows Yesung's his "boyfriend", but he doesn't understand why he doesn't feel any love growing towards the man even when he does so much for him. Will he ever regain his memories and realize that Kyuhyun's really his love?

All of Super Junior was waiting outside of the emergency room. Eeteuk and Sungmin were busy trying to comfort Kyuhyun. He had been crying ever since they got there and no one knew how to make him stop. It had already been an hour, and yet nothing was known about Ryeowook’s condition. It couldn’t be that bad. He only received a hit to the head, right? That couldn’t kill him obviously. Finally after what seemed like forever, the doors to the emergency room slid open and the doctor came out.
Eeteuk was the first to go up to him, while the rest stayed behind. They couldn’t really hear what their leader and the doctor was saying. But they did get a sign that something must be terribly wrong when they caught Eeteuk stumble a few tiny steps backwards with his hand going up to his mouth, trying to stifle a whimper. Kangin quickly got up and caught a hold on the older man. Now Kangin was conversing with the doctor. The doctor bowed down to the couple and the rest of them before leaving. Kyuhyun got up from his seat. He had long stopped crying and was desperate to know what was up.
“W-What’s wrong, hyung? Ryeowook’s alright, isn’t he?” Kyuhyun stuttered.
Eeteuk’s bottom lip trembled. “Mm, he’s fine, Kyuhyun… But-”
“But what? What, hyung?” Kyuhyun’s voice trembled as he spoke.
Their leader took a deep breath before continuing, “Ryeowook... he’s… he’s in a coma, everyone. The doctor said he probably won’t be awake till after a few days. During these few days, they will be observing him for any signs that could indicate anything bad because his head injury was severe.” He closed his eyes tightly on the first sentence, while Kangin tightened his arms around him.
Kyuhyun couldn’t believe what he just heard. His boyfriend was in a coma? He’ll be in a deep slumber for a few days? He wasn’t sure how he was going to cope without Ryeowook, but he knew he had no choice. The rest of the members were relieved to know that the eternal magnae was fine, but they were upset to hear that they would not see their member’s cheerful face for a few days. A few days seemed like a long times worth to them.
“C-Can we go see him?” Kyuhyun asked.
Kangin nodded. “But before we can, the doctor said we have to wait until they move him into another room.”
“Okay…”

They all walked into the small room Ryeowook was now resting in. All of them tried their best to stay quiet, but seeing their member look so lifeless on that bed made it almost impossible. Some of them began to cry. They were all scattered about in the room and around the bed Ryeowook was on. Kyuhyun took the seat next to the bed. He grabbed Ryeowook’s cold hand and brought it up to his warm cheek. He fought hard not to cry as well. He felt like running away from this, but he knew it was impossible because even if he did, nothing would change and Ryeowook would still be like he is now.
“Ryeowook… don’t stay asleep too long, okay? We need you. I need you.” Kyuhyun stopped to take a breath or else he’d breakdown. “I love you, Ryeowook. Everyone else does too, and you know that, so please come back quick alright?”
Kibum placed a hand on Kyuhyun’s shoulder, gripping it slightly. Yesung just stared at Ryeowook. He felt extremely horrible. He had never expected anything like this to happen, especially to Ryeowook. Yesung wanted to hold the boy’s hand, too, but he knew that was impossible when Kyuhyun already was. Seeing the boy so pale and fragile made him break inside. It was painful… for everyone.

They had been in the hospital for over an hour now. No one really spoke in that time; everyone was just mute for the moment. Eunhyuk was still sobbing in Donghae’s arms. Eeteuk went from one member to the other, trying to comfort each and every one the best he could, while Kangin watched with sadness. Shindong was fumbling with his fingers, as he sat in one of the other chairs within the room. Sungmin was seated on the bed, right next to Ryeowook, holding his other hand, since the other one was already taken by Kyuhyun. Siwon held Hankyung as he silently cried. Yesung had gone out of the room, not sure how much longer he could stand there before breaking down himself. Kibum leaned against the wall, staring at the love Kyuhyun held in his eyes for Ryeowook. Heechul just stared out the window, not in the mood to see the eternal magnae so… dead. Kyuhyun stayed put in the seat and stared at his boyfriend’s blank face. Everyone was feeling sober.

Eeteuk had finally gotten to Yesung. The singer was sitting on the bench by the window, at the end of the hall. Eeteuk was glad Ryeowook’s room was at the end. He walked over to the younger one, and sat down next to him. They were quiet for awhile.
“How are you feeling?” Eeteuk asked, not looking at him.
“It’s obvious, isn’t it? How I’m feeling. It’s very obvious, right?” Yesung mumbled. He brought a hand up to wipe some of the tears he had let fall.
“Yesung…” was all Eeteuk could reply. He wasn’t sure what to say anymore. “Ryeowook’s fine, please try not to worry too much. It’s not-”
“That’s not it! It’s not that at all, hyung! Of course he’s fine!” Yesung cried, looking at their leader. There was hurt and envy in his eyes. Eeteuk knew where he was headed now. “Why does it always have to be him? Why, Kyuhyun? Why is it always Kyuhyun by his side? Can’t I be the one right beside him for once? Why, hyung? Why does it have to be this way?” He sobbed.
Eeteuk placed a soothing hand on his shoulder, gripping in a bit from behind. He pulled Yesung into a tight embrace, letting his fingers thread through his silk-like hair.
“I don’t know, Yesung. I don’t know how to answer your question. I’m sorry…” the leader whispered sadly. All he could do was let Yesung cry on his shoulder for now.

In the distance, they didn’t notice Kibum standing right in the doorway of Ryeowook’s room. His eyes were watered with unshed tears. He felt torn inside from Yesung’s words. He wanted to run to the older male and hug him, tell him that it was okay, and there was still him, but he knew that was impossible. Eeteuk was there, and even if he wasn’t, Yesung would never come to realize how much he loved him. He wiped his eyes, and took a step back into the room. Now was not the time to be worrying about such thing. Ryeowook, was the most important thing right now.

It was nearly midnight now. Kyuhyun and Eeteuk were still at the hospital with their injured member. The rest had gone home to rest for the night. Really, they were all to go home, but Kyuhyun refused to leave. He had said he would not, and couldn’t leave his boyfriend alone in the hospital. He wanted to be there in case anything happened. Eeteuk was not in the mood to leave the youngest member in the band alone, so he told everyone else to go ahead, and he and Kyuhyun would stay behind a bit longer.
Kyuhyun jerked a bit when he felt a hand on his shoulder suddenly. He turned around and found Eeteuk staring down at him.
“Kyuhyun-ah let’s go home, hmm? It’s late now, and you can’t plan on staying here all night with a packed schedule.” Eeteuk plead. He saw Kyuhyun shake his head ‘no’, and frowned. “Please? Manager Kim wants us both back home.”
“He doesn’t want Ryeowook home?” Kyuhyun suddenly asked.
Eeteuk’s eyes widened at the statement. “Now Kyuhyun, how can you possibly think that? Of course he wants Ryeowook home! Everyone does! Don’t ever say that again, do you understand?”
Kyuhyun didn’t answer. He only frowned some more. “Hyung, please just go home without me. I won’t feel at ease without being right beside him.”
“I know, but-”
“Please.” Kyuhyun begged.
The leader sighed, his eyes closed tightly. He didn’t want Kyuhyun here all by himself, but he knew no matter what he said, the magnae would never move. Kyuhyun really wanted to stay. He didn’t want to go home if there was no Ryeowook there at all. Eeteuk was out of ideas on how to persuade the boy home. He guessed he’d just have to call their manager and tell him he failed at getting Kyuhyun to come with him.
Eeteuk nodded in defeat, not wanting to bicker about it any longer. “Alright then, Kyuhyun, I’ll just have to tell Manager Kim that you have decided not to go home at all cost. But at least make sure you eat something and get some sleep alright? I’ll go ask if they could set up a bed in the room for you.” He said, managing a small smile.
Kyuhyun replied with a quiet and tired ‘okay’. When Eeteuk left the room, Kyuhyun turned his attention back to his lover. He smiled sadly at the older boy. Kyuhyun brought a hand up to his face, brushing away the lose strands of hair in his face. He caressed the high cheekbone softly, feeling the skin there warm up from his touch.
“I love you, Ryeowook… so much.” he murmured.
