Well, my New Year's Resolution was to start posting on lj and facebook on a semi-regular basis. Perhaps since there is some accountability, I will follow through on it. There will be a lot of cutting and pasting, so if you see it one, chances are the other will be very similar

Hooray! Those muffins sound yummy - let me know how they are when they're not fresh? I have a whole bunch of eggnog that needs using up.

Slightly late reply, but I can tell you the first batch I made me go "meh" when they weren't warm with butter and I tried a second recipe with dried cranberries that I like better. I don't know how much of it was that the first batch was more eggnoggy-ie. If you want though, I can send you a link to the recipes.
