I managed to get Panacea into a really good PuG today for SM lib & arms. They let me dps! :D Our tank was a shaman who was also off-healing (my heals from vampiric embrace were enough to keep us up most of the time). We also had a warlock pet and hunter pet off-tanking, and a rogue as the group leader who was really good at marking and letting us ( Read more... )

To get them you need the cyCircled addon first, and then the Hello Kitty cyCircled skin. This is the only download of the Hello Kitty skin that isn't bugged at the moment. :)

I assume you'd use Vampiric Touch a lot more often in groups at higher levels right? Does it cause the same amount of threat?
