I managed to get into another Kara this afternoon. There is one other girl in my guild (that I know of, and besides Lutzi's wife who has a low level priest called Leokadia) whose main is a priest called Konstantine. She's very well respected in the guild and as far as I know is the best priest besides Lutzi. She has a druid who just dinged 70 (

Never let people who bitch that your gear isn't good enough or whatever get to you.. they're mostly just wankers who take the game way to seriouslly.

that's what it is.. a game.. if you're enjoying yourself that's the main thing. If you were really that bad, they wouldn't be wanting to take you on the instances/raids.

The thing is, I'm pretty sure the guild doesn't want to be taking me on instances/raids, at least not before I'm geared up a bit more. I'm just too much of a liability with the stuff they want to be doing. I think I'll be much happier once I get my primal mooncloth set & some other bits & pieces. Once I can do heroics I think I'll be far more valuable to them as a healer.

As I said last night, a guild that's farming BT and going into the Sunwell Plateau have little grounds to bitch about who goes into Karazhan. Besides, that was my group, dammit. Not Konstantine's. :-P She doesn't get to bitch... especially since she wasn't on her main, and was also there to gear up.

PS. Feeling like dead weight early on is kinda par for the course when you join a high end raiding guild. As long as you're not throwing that weight around like someone owes you a ride (which clearly you're not) no-one is going to resent you. I just tried to be as useful as possible, deferential at first, and only tell people to go fuck themselves once I knew it was justified. It is Twelve after all. :-P Don't want to go the way Mossy did, but once you've found your feet, you need to give as good as you get.

lol this reminded me of when i first ran kara

my shackles broke ALL the time >_< it was terrible! i don't pve very much though, so i've been avoiding kara since then haha XD
