Why can’t you do art when isolated?
I understand if it is something that takes printing presses or something like that, but drawing or such could be done...

even doing drawing artwork feels pointless most of the time. :(

You should do a series of drawings about what annoys you in the neighborhood.
Fire works, loud drivers, loud neighbors, etc.
