surgery went fine. recovery period underway, pain moderate and constant. I'll be in a cast for 6 wks.

In other news, my husband was involved in a car/semi accident today on the z-bridge. He's ok but car may be totaled. not something we can afford right now.

The gods of timing play games with us all - incessantly. Glad the surgery is over, and hope the pain decides to take a long foreign trip real soon. And very sorry to hear about the crash, though very glad he's alright. Still some things you just don't need all on top of each other.
