Thank you SO much for sharing that prec- it's like a wake up call to my self esteem! I'm fatter than I've ever been in my life, and whilst I can put it down to my thyroid all I like, I'm ashamed of my body. Sometimes I'm even embarrassed to buy food, and I'm ALWAYS embarrassed to try and buy clothes. When I was in about grade 5 I was chubby and mhy mum took me to this weight loss dr without telling me what it was as she didn't want me to end up 'Big' like a lot of my dad's family
