My back is out of wack!

I haven't been updating for ages, sorry about that. My poor lower back is totally out of wack! I can hardly move at all, I cry in pain every time I try to sit down, stand up or lay down to sleep at night

A good thing about your coming by car is that I get to see you bit more than two minutes at Alvesta when the train stops. I really look forward to seeing you four!

I think I pulled it when I was getting things from behind the freezer box. It will be nice to see you to! Not sure how the cats will feel about the trip.
