I hope so!!! where is Crown? Steve is talking about starting the Egoscue again, so I'm hoping his shoulder might even be good enough to bring me a rose or two. :P

when Steve does it (which he mostly doesn't) he feels almost instantly better. why is it that we all can't stick with the stuff that's good for us? even the good stuff that makes us feel wonderful? maybe if they made it illegal (or better yet, immoral!) we'd all be more tempted to do more of it. :P
