I have kp on my upper arms and legs. Waxing helps with it as it pulls the hair that skin collects on out, as well as removing the plugs. After that, exfoliation and moisturizing are key to keeping it under control. I exfoliate with a dry loofah if it's bad, then switch to body brushing or a sugar scrub to keep it under control. I use shea butter or calendula infused almond oil to moisturize. My roommate keeps hers under control with Eucerin with salicyic acid, followed by another lotion (generic) to improve moisture.

Thanks, this is really helpful! I only just started exfoliating this past week, so hopefully I'll see improvement with that. I wouldn't go as far as waxing my face, but I might try that with my upper arms and legs.

I wax when my arms and legs need it for general hair removal, every 6-8 weeks. I don't wax specifically for KP, though it does help. After waxing if I'm good about exfoliating daily it stays really well under control, I'm just lazy and don't maintain the way I need to.
