Good! That's what I like to hear. I was hoping to have this ready to go on Saturday but was (as usual) underestimating how long it would take to get the formatting done. I will have it finished tonight and out the door by tomorrow morning. :)

Thank you so much for reading! This universe has been the focus of my last 3 bigbangs (with the first two fics written for the 2011 and 2012 bigbangs, respectively). I think there is definitely an advantage for those who waited to read this until now, because it avoids the horrible cliffhanger of doom between books 2 and 3. (And to think I was originally going to post Helix Continuum without the stinger... that would have been so cruel!)

I am really glad you like this and enjoyed the world building. I'm not sure it's the best world building I've ever done, and I could have seriously kept on tinkering with it for ever, but I'm really glad that you liked it and enjoyed the characters. Making villains with relatable or at least understandable motivations (no matter how ill-advised or misguided) makes for more compelling, enjoyable storytelling, so I'm thrilled you liked it too.

Thanks so much for reading!

I am so glad that I came across this verse during the first big bang it was written for. This is what I had been waiting for all summer and it was definitely worth the wait! I would love to have a PDF to add to the others when you have a chance (shea5mets@gmail.com). Thank you for taking the time to put this verse together. I love rereading the first two and definitely plan to do the same with the third!
