As for the Valentine, I imagine Grace went to Danny and told him she wanted to make a valentine for her Uncle Steve. He said sure, and thought it was cute. Then Gracie went to Kono, Chin, Lori, Malia, Kamekona, and everyone else she could think of (even Rachel, who was quite supportive of the idea) and scrounged up snapshots of her Danno and Uncle Steve together and prompted to make them into this valentine, which she of course didn't warn Danny or Steve about in advance. Cue adorable awkwardness and flabbergasted Danny with supportive, enthusiasitc Five-0 ohana looking on. :)
