This a first for me. I have never been lower than a 12. i can barely remember that! I have worked soooooooo hard.

That's amazing! I don't think I've ever been that small. I know you're working your ass off and I'm super happy for you.

Are you following a particular diet/exercise plan or just cutting calories or what?
