I'm starting to think again that I should just get a nice park service job in the sierra nevadas. Could I really enjoy anything more? Probably not.
I keep thinking about the future, and I keep ending up on craigslist looking at small farms and shit in the middle of the night. I want land! This is weird.

I know! It's so cheap and LA is always expanding further out. But no, I wouldn't want to live there myself either. My dad always talks about retiring in the desert, somewhere near joshua tree. I'm always like "okay, that's nice, but you do realize that by doing that you are never going to see me in any of the summer months, right? I'm not visiting in July!"

I just got accepted to a position in Peru. I will leaving to go there in June, and I will hopefully be back in Pa for two months this spring. I will definitely visit Bucknell. I need to get some wood choppin time in with Prof Camuto.
