Perhaps a well meaning action of honesty can lead to a worse consequence than a dishonest one, but I would still take the honest path every time, because Honesty is always going to be better than lying

It is always better to tell the truth no matter how hard it is. If you dont the chances are it will come and bite you in the ass sooner or later.
