Any idea if they'll release the songs from the series like they did with the premiere?

I loved the first episode - it was fantastic.

However, I don't feel great about the series.

Why?

Well, how long can this really go on?

I mean - the plot of the show is pretty simple. A teacher who was previously in glee club many years earlier returns to the same school as a teacher. He is filled with love for the program from his experiences and wants to see it return to its former glory. His goal, pretty well laid out flatly, was to make them champions again. So, how many seasons can they not win? And once they do win - then what? Another year of winning? How many years are these 'kids' going to be in 'high school'?

I have little faith in the staying power of this show.

Other shows, like Lost, Heroes - even 90210 among others, etc, aren't in such a narrow plot line. There are only so many shows a season and only so many years they can do this.

I just wonder how long they are trying to make this run.

But, I'll be there watching in the Fall... because I think it looks fantastic. :-)

See, this is what i see as the main flaw in american network television. The conception of any network is that for a show to be successful or worthwhile, it has to play forever ( ... )
