Glad to see you posting again. When will you be done with grad school? What is the story on your weight loss program? Any hot prospects on the line?

I just don't like to burden anyone. Ongoing pattern, I know. I check my friends list much, much more often than I actually post.

I've got about 2 1/2 years of total classes, and then however long my dissertation takes. Most students finish in a total of 4 or 5 years, but it really does depend.

Weight loss... eh. I have lost weight, mostly by accident - walking most of a mile from my apartment to class and back, sometimes more than once, in a day helps a fair bit. Prospects... no. Everyone I know is either involved or unapproachable.

You aren't getting out enough. The idea is that you have to be out and about so when people do come on the market you are there with flowers and a smile. :)
