Seifer, however, was still in get-stuff-done mode, and gave Selphie nothing more than a businesslike nod and he made his way into the place. He didn't really like the look of it- it wasn't exactly what you would call professional, what with the odd-looking flowers in the window and the bright green color it had been painted. But not having any other idea what to do, Seifer decided it was worth a shot.
Laying Chii down awkwardly on the counter and making sure that his jacket was sufficiently covering her (he was suddenly very conscious again that it was her only clothing), Seifer looked around for someone who looked capable of helping. "Hello?" the blond asked authoritatively, a small frown visible on his face. Hopefully it would draw someone out from the back room.
In answer to Seifer's halloo, a large man emerged from a doorway behind the counter. A very VERY large man. He had a blacksmith's hammer slung casually over one shoulder as if it weighed next to nothing. In short, he was damned intimidating

It took all of Selphie's will power not to burst out laughing at this Luigi fellow. She took a deep breath, held it in, and stepped on her own foot to keep her mind on something else. When she felt she'd die if she didn't take breathe, she let it out slowly and softly while she tried to think about Chocobo's. They were fluffy and yellow and really cute--- But, Luigi just put a plushie in Seifer's face. Selphie giggled, but turned it into a coughing fit as best as she could

His eyes widening in surprise as an orange plushie suddenly invaded his personal space, Seifer leaned back ever so slightly in reaction to the assault. But the charizard was not in his face for more than two seconds before the annoyed, flustered blond swiped it out of Luigi’s hands. Glaring at the thing for a moment (and deeming the plushies totally ridiculous), he sourly stomped over to where the rest of the dolls were kept and tossed it in with a distasteful look. He opened his mouth to snidely let the man know how stupid he was making himself look with both the plushies and his comments, but Selphie managed to chime in before he got any words out himself

The Very Large Man looked on, expectantly, as Seifer swiped the Charizard out of his hands. Perhaps he thought Seifer was going to snuggle it and purchase it on sight. If so, he was wrong
