He rakes a talon through the dirt and a ring of shadowy flames dance out from the spot and circle Yuna, then bounces forward, his beak pushing through the flames and laughing at her, unaffected by their burn. "Oh Yuna, you do delight me. Marvelous defiance, really. But your toughness - how long can that last? You're all alone here. Where are your friends to rescue you again?"

He clacks his beak close to her flesh and then takes to the air, resituating himself in the branches while his flames still flicker close to her.

"I will make you my puppet, Yuna," he drawls darkly. If she attempts to fly out of the ring of flame, they will grow to surround her. "You can count of it."
