Apparently, Lady Belgemine wasn't present in this place. It was probably just as well, honestly. Yuna wasn't sure how much more of this fake Spira she could take. She took a deep breath and moved forward to the door, making sure to open it as much as she could. Glancing behind her, she motioned to her guardians to follow. She didn't want to be here alone.

Once the Chamber of the Fayth was open to her, she walked up to the statue. Falling to her knees in front of it, she took another breath and did what she hadn't done in two years: performed the traditional Yevon prayer bow. The motions felt strange to her, foreign in a different way from anything else about this copy of Spira. She didn't like it, letting her arms rest in her lap as quickly as she could.

She also didn't like waiting, but she'd been doing a lot of that lately.

Auron automatically fell into step behind the High Summoner, following her into the fayth's chamber. Entering into such a place was no less uncomfortable than the first time he had done it. Lies and perversions though Yevon's teachings were, the idea of being where only summoners were supposed to go still managed to bring up an instinctive uneasiness within.

He stood just inside the entrance of the chamber, off to the side of the doorway, and watched Yuna perform Yevon's prayer. Auron couldn't help but notice the difference in how she performed it now from how she did before. Their journey had left its mark, it seemed.

PRETEND THE ICON IS THE MAGUS SISTERS' FAYTH paixaoworldnpcs March 20 2011, 23:54:55 UTC
With a flash of light the statue sprang to life, a faded image of the insectoid trio appearing for a few moments before disappearing, replaced by the rising images of three women of varying ages. "Have you come to train?" one of them asked.

Then, as if finally noticing the others in the room, she spoke again. "Or is it that you have come for advice?"

The fayths' appearance brought Yuna's attention up to them. Tempted though she was to stand, she refused to give into the urge, choosing to remain where she was. They looked so familiar and yet so foreign. It was like looking at her former life through a looking glass. She could see the folly and pain even clearer now.

"Advice, please," she answered carefully. "We have come to try to understand what has happened here. Why... why is this piece of Spira here and what does it mean?"

There was silence as the fayth took in Yuna's words. They thought them over carefully or, perhaps, simply weren't sure what to say. "A piece..." they repeated, as though the words were completely foreign. "The world is the same as it always was. Spira continues on, ever unchanging, forgetting how to change. But... though it is in pieces, it is itself whole. Unless..." The sister that spoke for the others paused, unsure. "you mean something else?"
