It wasn't often that Hercules ventured out of his apartment for something other than trying to keep up his training, but everyone needed to get out and get some fresh air sometimes, for a given value of fresh air, at least.

Hercules was wandering by one of the gates when he saw a pretty, red haired girl leaning against the wall. She seemed sad. He walked over to her and said, "Hey, are you okay?"

Most of the people in this place were passing her by without a second thought, so she jumped just a little bit when she heard someone speak to her. "Oh, I'm fine," Kairi answered, looking up and brushing a piece of hair behind her ear, "I think I'm a little lost though. I was trying to find my friends."

Kairi offered him a small smile, straightening up now so she could properly see the boy. "Do you... live in this place?"

"Oh, well, maybe they're here," Hercules replied, "But I'm not sure you want them to be in this city." He laughed a little uncertainly, someone needed to explain to her what was going on here.

"No, I don't, I'm from Greece."

"Why not? Is this place dangerous?" Kairi looked around again, her body tensing up a bit at the thought that something might just pop out from the corner. Of course, she really had no information about this world other than the name... if Paixao was the name of it. An explanation would definitely help.

"Greece..." She had never heard of that place. "I just got here, so I'm trying to figure things out."

"I think so? What else would you call a place that brings people in like this?" Hercules wanted to be able to help the girl somehow, what sort of hero would he be he he wasn't willing to offer help?

"Um, I'm Hercules, by the way"
